Unfortunately there's no workaround for this, it's just the way Tools works with 3rd Party interfaces. And I'm having bulk issues--So I'm going to bulk ramble the things I've tried so far;.
Firstly, I cannot get the driver to install correctly. I only have the latest driver, as no CD came with the device. The device is supposedly brand new.
