Qnap cannot see new files in download share folder

Share the link using the default SMS application. Create link only. Copy the generated share link and then share the URL using your preferred method. This option does not automatically launch any application. The share link is automatically generated and shared using the selected method.

In the meantime, I have managed have the NAS visible in my home network but unable to access it as Windows 10 says I don't have the permissions and to check with my administrator Can someone help?

Contact Moogle Stiltzkin. Also does your QTS login work? Did you update windows 10? I have guest enabled on the shares, but not even getting to the stage where I am prompted for credentials. Every other aspect of the NAS seems to work fine from the windows 10 machine. It seems to be isolated to a the only windows 10 workstation on the network. Just scratching my head as to why as I seem to have all the right SMB bits turned on to allow any level of access.

Cheers, AM. I walk back in and it is all working again. But the things that did not work, now do. Then click 'OK' twice. That's it! Now only tony can access the subfolder 'Tony2'. Note that both 'admin' and 'tony' can delete the folder 'Tony2' since the option 'Only the owner can delete the contents' has been enabled on the NAS and 'tony' is the owner as he created the folder.
